Mission

The internet allows us to present virtual versions of ourselves that often seem overly manufactured. My hope is that I am able to cut through an online façade and present an honest, open version of myself. My musings are a glimpse into my personal life. On this site, you will find my blog along with my other intimate writing such poetry, prose, short stories. I aim to reflect on my life experiences and bring light to important lessons I've learned along the way. 

As a creative, I am constantly inspired by the world around me.  

I am also motivated by the people in my life who support my endeavors and remind me to live each moment authentically. From daily conversations to larger-than-life epiphanies, new ideas seem to always be circulating. Sometimes, it can be difficult to explain our complex experience of human existence. Thus, through my music, poetry, art, and fashion, I am able to express myself in a variety of ways.

Though I am still very early on in my career, my educational background coupled with my handful of experiences have helped me build a broad portfolio. My academic niche is in culture, media, and the arts-- specifically how storytelling is used in social movements. In the professional sphere, I am a writer, content creator & communications strategist. My areas of expertise include developing communications campaigns, conducting community outreach, creating branding packages, and curating exhibits.
